Your agreement with us
Line1 is operated by NO4MAT, a French société par actions simplifiée with share capital of €100, registered at the RCS of Dax under number 985 134 931, whose registered office is at 10 Avenue des Baïnes, 40510 Seignosse, France (VAT FR75 985 134 931). Contact us at [email protected].
If you create a Line1 workspace for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
The service
Line1 provides engagement tracking, profile and company enrichment, audiences, and invitation and outreach workflows. Your plan determines which features your workspace can use.
Features that rely on LinkedIn or other third parties depend on their availability and policies. LinkedIn may change its service or restrict accounts; using Line1 does not prevent those restrictions.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use, and use data and messages you have the right to process or send.
- Do not spam, harass, deceive, collect data without authorization, or violate applicable law or the LinkedIn user agreement.
- Protect account credentials and remove access when a team member leaves or is no longer authorized.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform.
Plans and billing
Current Free, Pro, and Enterprise offerings are described on our pricing page. Prices, billing periods, applicable taxes, trial conditions, renewal, and cancellation terms are those presented when you subscribe or agreed in a written order.
Data and ownership
You retain your rights in content and data you provide. You authorize us to process it to deliver the service. Third-party profile and company data remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and data subjects. Use of Line1 does not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
For personal data processed on your behalf, you are the controller and we are the processor. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and service providers. We will sign a data processing agreement on request.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a workspace if we have a good-faith belief it is being used to spam, defraud, or violate the law, or if a payment remains unresolved for more than thirty days after a written reminder. Cancellation is subject to your subscription or written order terms.
For data export or deletion requests when leaving the service, contact [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for your data rights.
Liability
Line1 is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you under or in connection with the service is capped at the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
That cap does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Cour d'appel de Pau, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
Changes
We will notify workspace admins by email at least thirty days before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continued use of the service after that means you accept the new version.
